General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pojk ("pojk", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the pojk website at https://pojk.ws or using any service offered by pojk — including the pojk Casino, sports betting, slots, and live dealer products — you irrevocably agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with pojk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall terms governing your relationship with pojk. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional document or bonus communication and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by pojk.

pojk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the pojk platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to pojk is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. It is a violation of these Terms & Conditions for any person under the age of 21 to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the pojk platform. pojk reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the player is found to be underage.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

pojk primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the pojk platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it. pojk makes no representation that its services are legal or available in all locations. Players accessing pojk from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

2.3 Registration Accuracy

When registering a pojk account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) pojk account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. pojk employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and any winnings derived from such accounts may be voided.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC)

pojk may require players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any point. This process may require submission of a government-issued photo identity document (e.g., National ID card, passport), proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by pojk may result in temporary or permanent restriction of the account, including freezing of withdrawal requests.

Account Management

3.1 Login Credentials

Your pojk login credentials (username and password) are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. pojk will never request your password through any channel including live chat, email, or telephone. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your pojk account. pojk recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any additional security features available within your account settings. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pojk support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your pojk account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any balance remaining in your account (after deducting any non-withdrawable bonus balances) will be returned to your designated payment method subject to identity verification. pojk may also close accounts at its own discretion in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or for regulatory compliance reasons.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if the player has not logged in for a continuous period of 12 months. pojk reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳100 per month to dormant accounts after this period, deducted from any remaining account balance. Players will be notified by email prior to any such deduction. An account with a zero balance may be closed after a prolonged period of inactivity.

Deposits

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pojk accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). pojk does not accept cryptocurrency deposits at this time.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on pojk is ৳200. There is no platform-level fee charged by pojk for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pojk accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your pojk account in real time. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take between 1 and 24 hours to reflect, depending on your card issuer's processing time. pojk is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

4.4 Deposit Source

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. pojk reserves the right to return funds to their source and to suspend the receiving account if a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source.

Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals from pojk are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. pojk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.3 Processing Times

pojk aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: 5–30 minutes from approval
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–5 business days, subject to card issuer processing

Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is pending or where additional security checks are required. pojk will communicate any delays to the player via their registered email address.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

pojk reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. Withdrawals may also be delayed or declined where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where the account is under investigation for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by pojk are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. These terms include — but are not limited to — minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (rollover conditions), game contribution rates, minimum odds for sports bonuses, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in an individual promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier for each offer will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms. pojk recommends players read all bonus terms before opting in.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

pojk employs automated monitoring to detect bonus abuse, which includes — but is not limited to — the following prohibited activities: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds ("bonus hedging"), exploiting errors or miscalculations in bonus configurations, and colluding with other players to circumvent wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is detected, pojk reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the account, and recover any funds withdrawn as a result of the abuse.

6.4 Modification & Withdrawal of Offers

pojk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Where a player has already accepted and commenced using a bonus at the time of withdrawal, the original terms will apply to the balance of that bonus period.

Game Rules & Betting

7.1 Game Outcomes

All casino games offered on pojk use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by previous results, account status, bet size, or any other external factor. pojk's RNG systems are subject to periodic independent audit.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on pojk is governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as displayed within the betting interface at the time of placing a wager. Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding match outcome, pojk's trading team decision is final.

7.3 Void Bets

pojk reserves the right to void any bet placed on erroneous odds or prices (including pricing errors), on markets suspended at the time of placement, or on events where the outcome was known to the player prior to placement. Stakes for voided bets are returned to the player's account balance.

7.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or sporting event, pojk's resolution procedure will apply. Where a complete game round cannot be verified from server logs, the stake for that round will be returned to the player. pojk accepts no liability for losses attributable to internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

All content on the pojk platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, game assets, and data compilations — is the property of pojk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pojk platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the pojk platform without express prior written consent from pojk. Scraping, data-mining, or automated extraction of content from pojk is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pojk's total liability to any player arising from or related to their use of the pojk platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pojk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the pojk platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

pojk does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pojk accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.

Privacy & Data

pojk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account with pojk, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. pojk does not sell personal data to third parties and processes data only for purposes necessary to operate the platform, verify player identity, process transactions, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Amendments to These Terms

pojk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they meaningfully alter a player's rights or obligations — pojk will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to all registered players. Non-material amendments (such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or formatting changes) may take effect immediately upon publication.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the pojk platform after any revised Terms & Conditions have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms.

Governing Provisions & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in the English language. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the pojk platform, you are encouraged to contact pojk support in the first instance at [email protected]. pojk's support team will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly, typically within 5 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with pojk support, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. pojk's decisions regarding account actions, game outcomes, and bonus eligibility — made in accordance with these Terms & Conditions — are final and binding.
